Acceptance and eligibility
Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account, placing an order, completing payment, signing in to the console, or using a delivered Cloud Mac, you agree to these Terms, the configuration specified on the order page, and applicable policies. If you disagree with any part of them, do not place an order or continue using the service.
You must have the legal capacity required to enter into a valid agreement. If you order on behalf of a company, team, or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to do so and to bind that organization to these Terms. The account name, contact email, billing details, and stated order purpose must be truthful, accurate, and reachable.
- Each account must be managed by a clearly designated owner. Do not use a false identity to bypass security checks or payment obligations.
- Update account details and access permissions promptly when an authorized representative changes.
- Configuration changes, tickets, and order actions initiated with account credentials are generally treated as valid instructions from the account holder.
- If you find incorrect information or unauthorized activity, contact support immediately through a console ticket or at support@officevps.com.
Dedicated Apple Silicon delivery
Service definition
OfficeVPS provides Cloud Mac, physical-node, and dedicated physical-server rentals based on Apple Silicon. Each valid order corresponds to dedicated device resources for the selected configuration and is delivered as a non-virtualized machine. The service supports compliant workflows such as the macOS graphical interface, command line, Xcode builds, automated testing, self-hosted runners, file processing, and local model inference.
The service includes the hardware listed in the order, node connectivity, basic network access, delivery of access details, and order management through the console. Users manage their own software, project dependencies, build scripts, signing materials, work data, and compatibility. When engineering assistance is needed, the support team may help diagnose issues based on the order number, node, error details, and reproduction steps provided in the ticket.
Fixed catalog with live confirmation
Catalog and availability
The available catalog consists of three configurations: Office M4 Start, Office M4 Build, and Office M4 Pro Lab. Available locations are Singapore, Japan (Tokyo), South Korea (Seoul), Hong Kong, the US East Coast, and the US West Coast—six locations in total. All three configurations can be ordered in all six locations.
| Model | Chip | Memory | Storage | Available locations |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Office M4 Start | M4 | 16GB | 256GB | Six locations |
| Office M4 Build | M4 | 24GB | 512GB | Six locations |
| Office M4 Pro Lab | M4 Pro | 64GB | 2TB | Six locations |
Whether an order can be placed and which configurations are available at that time are determined by the live response from the console. The final location and model selection will be recorded in the order. Before submitting, verify the operator location, code repository location, workload size, rental period, and add-ons. To make a change after confirmation, submit a console ticket first to confirm the scope and any billing difference.
Four rental periods, priced individually
Pricing and rental periods
Cloud Mac can be rented by the day, week, month, or quarter. All amounts are shown in US dollars (USD). The base order amount depends on the selected model and rental period; additional storage and Thunderbolt 5 parallel connections are charged separately for the same period. Before payment, the console displays the configuration, location, period, add-ons, and total in USD.
| Model | Daily | Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Office M4 Start | $21.7 | $58.6 | $108.5 | $295.1 |
| Office M4 Build | $40.3 | $108.9 | $201.7 | $548.6 |
| Office M4 Pro Lab | $61.1 | $165 | $305.6 | $831.2 |
| Add-on | Daily | Weekly | Monthly | Quarterly |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| +1TB SSD | $2.6 | $7.1 | $13.2 | $35.9 |
| +2TB SSD | $5.2 | $14.2 | $26.4 | $71.8 |
| Thunderbolt 5 parallel connection (per device) | $2 | $5.3 | $9.9 | $26.9 |
The rental period starts when the order is confirmed and enters the delivery process. Price changes do not retroactively affect confirmed order amounts; new orders and renewals use the price displayed at submission. Check the period unit before payment to avoid confusing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly rentals.
Two payment methods only
Payment terms
Orders support payment only by USDT-TRC20 or Visa / Mastercard / Amex (via Stripe), with all billing in US dollars (USD). The gateway actually available is determined by the console at the time of payment. Verify the receiving network, amount, order number, and payment status. If an incorrect network or payment detail is used, or a payment is duplicated, submit the relevant transaction record through a ticket to resolve the verification delay.
Pay the USD amount shown for the order and retain a verifiable transaction record.
Processed by Stripe; use the console order number and payment record for billing verification.
Successful payment does not change your obligation to comply with these Terms. In the event of a payment dispute, unusual transaction, billing inconsistency, or security incident, the platform may request the minimum information directly needed to verify the order. Unverified third-party payments may require additional authorization details.
Keep nodes and networks under control
Acceptable use
You may use Cloud Mac for lawful software development, builds, testing, automation, content processing, and model inference. Your use must not compromise the security or legitimate interests of the platform, nodes, network, other users, or third parties.
- Illegal activity:Do not use the service to conduct, assist with, or promote activities that violate applicable law.
- Unauthorized access:Do not scan, probe, bypass controls, or attempt to access systems, accounts, ports, or data without authorization.
- Malware distribution:Do not host, run, or distribute code intended to damage systems, facilitate extortion, steal information, or covertly control another person’s device.
- Resource abuse:Do not affect node or network stability through abnormal traffic, sustained attacks, mass unsolicited messaging, or attempts to evade limits.
- Infringement of third-party rights:Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights.
If abnormal traffic, a security alert, or a third-party complaint is detected, the platform may ask you to explain the use, stop the relevant task, or provide diagnostic information. Any necessary measures will reflect the scope and urgency of the risk and the verifiable evidence available, and will not be intended to expand access to your work data.
Credentials, keys, and work data
Accounts and security
You are responsible for protecting account credentials, SSH keys, signing materials, automation tokens, build artifacts, and work data. Each member should use an individually traceable access method. Do not share long-lived credentials or submit passwords, private keys, or recovery credentials to public forms, code repositories, or ordinary chat logs.
Least privilege
Grant access only to members who need it, and revoke it promptly when a project ends or a member leaves.
Separate keys
Generate a separate SSH key for Cloud Mac and verify the host fingerprint before establishing an automated connection.
Incident reporting
If you detect an unusual login, unknown task, or sign of exposed credentials, stop the relevant access immediately and submit a ticket.
Data backups
Keep separate, verifiable backups of source code, build artifacts, configuration files, and critical work data.
The account holder is responsible for consequences arising from allowing others to operate the node. Based on a clear security risk, the platform may reset access details, replace keys, or restrict unusual sessions. If you need support assistance, provide the order number, node, time of occurrence, error screenshot, and troubleshooting steps already taken; do not submit passwords or private keys.
From risk control to data cleanup
Suspension, termination, and data handling
The service may enter a restriction, suspension, or termination process due to overdue payment, unusual transactions, security risks, violations of acceptable-use rules, third-party rights complaints, or voluntary termination by the user. Before taking action, the platform will consider the urgency and scope of the risk and the verifiable information available when deciding whether to allow an explanation or correction.
Review
Confirm the order, payment, node, security alert, or complaint details and narrow the affected scope.
Restrict
When necessary, restrict unusual sessions or related tasks to prevent the risk from spreading.
Terminate
End the relevant order and access rights when the user voluntarily ends the service or a serious issue is not corrected.
Clean up
After the service ends, process order records and node work data according to fulfillment, security, and legal obligations.
Export any needed data and verify backup integrity before the service ends. After termination, node access details will become invalid, and work data will enter deletion or de-identification processes according to the order status, security requirements, and applicable retention rules. The minimum order records necessary to verify payments, handle disputes, and meet security and legal obligations may be retained for the relevant period.
Reasonable boundaries and dispute procedures
Liability and changes
OVPS provides the selected Cloud Mac configuration, node connectivity, and related management capabilities specified in the order, and uses reasonable engineering measures to maintain service security and continuity. Internet routing, local network quality, client settings, third-party code repositories, software compatibility, and workflows configured by the user may affect connectivity or task results.
You should assist with troubleshooting using reproducible information, including the local network, target node, test time, remote protocol, error output, and reproduction steps. Each party is responsible within the scope of its actual responsibility for impacts directly caused by the user’s actions, exposed credentials, incorrect configuration, unauthorized software, third-party services, force majeure, or events beyond the platform’s reasonable control.
The platform may update these Terms when service features, the catalog, billing processes, security requirements, or legal obligations change. Updates that materially affect user rights or obligations will be reasonably notified through the website, console, or account contact details. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms; amounts for confirmed orders remain governed by the order record.
Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operator is based. For a dispute, the parties should first submit the order number, dispute details, and relevant records through a console ticket or to support@officevps.com and attempt to resolve it through discussion. If discussion does not resolve the matter, proceedings may be brought before a court with jurisdiction in that jurisdiction.
